Individually 3D-printed keyguard frames make using GoTalk NOW! and other communication apps easier, more guided, and more precise. The frame clearly defines touch areas, helping to reduce accidental presses and supporting users who need additional guidance.

What information is required for a request for quotation and an order?
Please include at least the following information in your request for quotation:
Customer/contact details
The tablet device in use (manufacturer/model) and the type of protective case
iPad model number (e.g. A2757), found on the back of the device or in the general settings
If you see an “MK…” number, tap it to reveal the actual model number
On Android devices, the model number is often found on the back of the device or under Settings → About device
The assistive app being used, preferably including the grid size (e.g. 4×4)
When placing an order, the following information and materials are required:
Exact model number of the device
Information about the assistive app being used
A photo of the device with its protective case
The assistive app must be open in the exact view for which the keyguard will be made
The device must be in the intended orientation (e.g. handle at the top or bottom)
The photo must be taken directly from above
A screenshot of the running app in the view for which the keyguard will be made
Do not compress or embed the image in the email body; send it as a file attachment
Information about which buttons or sections of the app interface should be hidden
No openings will be made in the keyguard for these areas
Information about whether visible parts of the device itself should also be covered
For example, on older devices, the home button or camera can be hidden (see examples above)
Precise measurements of the visible screen area (width and height measured from the protective case opening)
The more precise the measurements, the better the keyguard will fit

How is the keyguard attached to the device?
The keyguard is secured using small tabs that fit between the device screen and a soft EVA protective case. Installation and removal are quick and easy, and the keyguard does not leave any residue. The use of a screen protector is highly recommended.
Other types of protective cases may also be compatible, but they typically require an alternative attachment method, such as double-sided tape. Please note that this may make everyday use, maintenance, and cleaning of the tablet more difficult.

How do I clean the keyguard?
Remove the keyguard periodically and clean it with a mild detergent solution using lukewarm water. Do not use strong cleaning agents or abrasive scrubbing. Disinfectants may damage the keyguard—test first on a small area. Dry thoroughly after washing. At the same time, it is recommended to properly clean the tablet device and its protective case as well.
How do I dispose of the keyguard?
Dispose of the keyguard in mixed (general) waste.
